Beginners Guide to Wizards
Welcome to bunsquire's kingdom filled with all sorts of silly creatures and unique characters! Below is a comprehensive guide to the variety of wizards you may encounter within the kingdom. While you may refer to all magic users as wizards, they do in fact have different appearances based on their ranking. Also as a species, all wizards are gender neutral unless otherwise specified by the wizard themselves, Dave being the only wizard that is confirmed with using he/him pronouns.

Squire
Species whose main purpose is to assist in all sorts of odd jobs and magical tasks. While they do not speak, overtime bonding with your squire lets you feel their emotions.Squires are created out of magic and are one of the first spells an apprentice is made to learn. Building your squire with all sorts of different magical clays allows you to make a squire that is more personal to you. As such, squires come in a plethora of colors and can even wear little outfits as their wizard ranks up.After much progress in the wizard community, there is now a bureau of wizards and squires dedicated to the safety and happiness of all created squires in exsistence.

Apprentice
The first rank one enters to start their journey into wizardry!Considered the "part-timers" of society, apprentices study under qualified wizards or in rarer situations, scholars.Apprentices are also introduced to the standard uniform that all magic holders adhere to; a hat, of which its style is determined by rank, and a choker, which is a magical necklace that holds a wizards cape. The two most important spells an apprentice must master is the art of making their own squires and using their cape which is conjured out of magic from their choker.

Wizard
Wizards make up the general population of the kingdom, maintaining a variety of jobs running businesses and taking care of their community.More established wizards who have shown great talent are given better opportunities in society such as having their own franchises and taking on apprentices. These higher distinguished wizards are chosen by a group of mages dedicated to overseeing the government.Uniforms at this ranking allows for longer capes and brimmed hats with different pattern options.

Scholar
Wizards who desire to have more power and study restricted materials related to magic have the opportunity to study at wizard academies. Each academy offers different disciplines and resources related to all the areas of magic. Unique colored robes are assigned based on which academy you go to. Otherwise all the robe styles are similar in design. In addition to school required robes, scholars are made to wear special glasses that reveal the magical properties of everything around them. Advanced scholars can be given the chance to apprentice under a mage of their specialty if they want to eventually become a mage themselves.Upon "graduating," scholars gain a metal band around the cuffs of their robe sleeves signaling their achievement. After this they typically maintain roles in society as scientists studying all aspects of magic and recording to keep making improvements in wizard society.

Mage
Mages are advanced magic users who have shown continued growth and control over their magic. Such talents are poured back into maintaining a happy wizarding community as mages take up roles pertaining to the laws of magic and protecting all. How they protect is up to the individual mage but must be approved by archmages. After dedicated years of studying, a mages fashion is quite versatile with many freedoms to explore their inner fashionista. Exclusive for mages to show their rank in their outfit is two gold cuffs on their robe arms, a gold trim on the bottom of their robe, and a bend in their hat. Mages are given a special enchanted ribbon as their license to prove their rank, typically worn off their collar but can just be kept on their person for identification.

Archmage
Archmages are the exclusively selected council of Dave. Not much is publicly known about archmages since the rarely make public appearances. Being chosen by Dave means you get to build your own tower within his castle grounds up in the sacred cloud grove, explaining their lack of need to appear in society. What is known is that archmages are given the opportunity to study whatever they want in their free time when they are not busy maintaining balance of the magical elements or taking care of urgent issues presented to them by mages. Mages have the responsibility of keeping their archmage patrons up to date of all happenings in society and coming to archmages as representatives of anyone who wishes to seek audience with Dave in person. From being the highest rank a wizard can be, archmages wear special full body robes which also function as highly durable armor and magical conduit. On their robe is a long length of gold ribbon gifted to them by Dave as a symbol of trust and friendship. For their hat it features a unique charm that represents their magical specialty and holds excess mana, often creating fun auras around the archmage.

Dave
The highest ranking wizard and authority over the bunsquire kingdom. Only known as the overseer to most wizards for Dave has the rare ability of foresight. His revered title and almost non-existent appearances in wizard society, lead many to consider him like a god.Due to his prophetic visions, Dave resides up in the sky among the sacred cloud grove which he also happened to create himself. There is only one Dave and you know its Dave with his iconic tiny glasses, mustache, and little head sprout.
